What amenities are nearby?

How do I purchase a block of land?
Simply choose the lot you like and get in touch with our sales team. We’ll guide you step-by-step through the contract process. A deposit of $5,000 secures your block, with the balance payable at settlement.
Are the lots titled? If not, when will titles be issued?
Construction is due to start late 2025/early 2026 with titles due mid to late 2026.
What is included in the price of the land? Are there any extra costs?
The land price includes the block and essential services such as scheme water, power, NBN and a fencing package.
Additional costs may include stamp duty, legal or conveyancing fees and site works for your new home.
Can I choose my own builder, or do I have to use a preferred builder?
You can select any builder you like, as long as they follow the Rawson Spring’s design guidelines and local Shire approvals.

Are the lots fully serviced (water, power, NBN)?
Yes, all lots are fully serviced, meaning reticulated water, electricity via underground power, high speed internet all available for connection as well as a boundary fencing package for each lot.
What are the building covenants or design guidelines?
To maintain quality and protect your investment, the estate has building design covenants.
